What is Payment Holiday or Loan Restructuring?

This is a payment feature offered to employees to help them adjust their scheduled repayment dates as agreed in advance. This shall be limited to the extension of payment for the 2nd half of March 2020 and the 1st half of April 2020, where the extension period shall be limited to two payment cycles or equivalent to one-month payroll only.

Eligibility Criteria:
Any employee who will not receive their regular salary and is in forced leave during the enhanced community quarantine period. Regular salary refers to the employee’s basic pay.

  • To guarantee and confirm your eligibility, your employer shall provide Uploan your current employment and working status during this enhanced community quarantine period.
